You step into a socially important context where stable and secure IT operations are crucial. Here, you play a central role in preparing the procurement of a new server hosting solution and supporting a larger initiative regarding a new business system. The focus is on translating business needs into clear, actionable requirements that work both in procurement and in the future handover to operations and maintenance.

You work closely with both business units and technical specialists in a complex IT environment with high demands on structure, quality, and information security. This is a role for you who likes to create order in complexity and wants to influence important technical decisions in a business where IT makes a real difference.

• You drive and coordinate requirement work related to the procurement of a turnkey server hosting solution.
• You develop, structure, and secure buy-in for system requirements based on business needs and completed analysis.
• You contribute to preparatory activities that shorten lead times for IT procurement.
• You support the work within the new business system initiative and can also contribute to related projects if needed.
• You participate in investigations and prepare documentation and system requirement specifications.
• You support the technical handover to operations and the transition to maintenance.

• At least four (4) years of experience working with infrastructure (compute, storage, network).
• At least four (4) years of experience with on-premises operations.
• Knowledge and experience with databases.
• Knowledge, understanding, and experience with IT security, i.e., understanding of information security as well as technical knowledge of how this is implemented.
• Experience in formulating and setting requirements in IT procurements according to the Public Procurement Act (LOU).
• Good ability to express yourself in Swedish, both orally and in writing.
• Ability to undergo and pass a security clearance (requires Swedish citizenship, dual citizenship is not permitted).

• Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP).
