Job Description

As an Information Architect here, you work with information management and governance, primarily in the form of information mapping and modeling.

Depending on your competence and interest, you will be able to work with, for example, the development of Region Östergötland's master data management, the implementation of information governance in the organization, the development of methodology for information management, and the establishment of capabilities related to the area. You will also be an employee who supports operations with information mapping, which is in demand from many quarters.

You work closely with other architects, primarily information architects and business architects, as well as informaticians, development managers, and business representatives. You work in teams across IT, core operations, and other support functions, where collaboration and quality are keywords.

Through your innovative thinking and responsiveness, you see what the organization needs and not just what is requested. Your knowledge and exploratory approach contribute to our journey towards becoming an even more information-driven organization.

The position is located in Linköping, but there is an opportunity for remote work.

Work Group

The Business Area Information-Driven Development consists of approximately 80 employees with a main focus on driving and supporting the region's work regarding information management, follow-up and analysis, production development, and digitalization in healthcare operations. The business area is divided into two units, and this position is located in the Data and Analysis Unit.

You will work in a team with business architects, other information architects, and health informaticians in an expansion phase, where your experience and specialist competence will be an asset.

About You

We are looking for you who have relevant education in information architecture, for example through university education or certification in information architecture, or equivalent acquired competence.

You have:

• Experience working with information architecture and information management
• Knowledge of models for information governance such as DAMA-DMBOK
• Knowledge of modeling tools and notations (primarily UML, BPMN, and Archimate)
• Knowledge of modeling methodology, primarily for conceptual and information modeling

It is meritorious if you have:

• Worked with information architecture in complex operations, such as authorities or larger organizations, preferably within healthcare
• Experience implementing master data management in a larger organization
• Experience implementing information governance in a larger organization according to, for example, DAMA-DMBOK
• Experience working with international informatics standards such as openEHR, Snomed CT, FHIR, and OMOP
