We are now looking for a Global IT Support Specialist based in Skärblacka, just outside Norrköping.

Here, you will become part of Billerud’s corporate IT function and a Service Desk team with colleagues in both Skärblacka and the USA. We are a global IT function that plays a crucial role in our operations, from ensuring stable operations to driving innovation and efficient digital solutions throughout the organization.

About the role and our journey

Billerud is undergoing a comprehensive globalization journey, both in the workplace and production. At the same time, we are implementing one of our largest IT projects – the SAP implementation – which places high demands on our IT support.

In our global Service Desk, we prioritize quality in every delivery over volume. Our goal is to create a first-class user experience and work long-term with improvements, automation, and efficient working methods. We strive to automate repetitive tasks to focus more on qualified and developmental cases.

In the role, you will work with both first- and second-line support and be a central part of ensuring a stable and high-quality IT delivery. Among other things, you will:

  • Handle incidents and service requests in the ticketing system
  • Work with troubleshooting, guidance, and orders
  • Support security-related cases
  • Create user guides and documentation
  • Participate in projects, such as the SAP implementation
  • Drive initiatives within automation and efficiency

The work is carried out according to the ITIL framework and involves close collaboration with colleagues both within and outside IT.

Working hours are Monday–Friday during the day, but work outside regular hours may occur, as well as business travel.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who has:

  • At least 2 years of experience working in a service desk or similar role
  • Experience with the digital workplace
  • Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written

It is an advantage if you have experience with:

  • Orders and handling of IT deliveries
  • Telavox administration tools
  • Intune, Windows Client, and Azure AD
  • ITIL
  • Sales, customer service, and customer interaction
  • Knowledge of information security
