You will step into a technically advanced environment within the defense industry, where aircraft-related systems and simulator operations place high demands on structure, traceability, and quality. Here, you will play a central role in developing, managing, and securing working methods within systems engineering, focusing on how process, technology, and documentation interconnect in complex systems.

The role combines strategic work with close operational support in daily tasks. You will work together with project teams and technical specialists to create clear working methods, robust documentation, and stable execution even when requirements change and technical conditions shift. • You formulate goals, strategies, guidelines, and working methods within the field.
• You identify, develop, and implement improved processes.
• You drive work based on established requirements, plans, and governing documents.
• You ensure that working methods are clear, documented, and purposeful.
• You create, maintain, and improve instructions and other technical documentation.
• You contribute to planning, costing, and follow-up together with the project team.
• You report status in decided systems and channels.
• You call for, lead, and participate in relevant meetings.
• You handle risks, changed requirements, and technical conditions in a structured manner.
• You support and guide colleagues within the field.
• You act as a superuser or tool support for DOORS.

• In-depth knowledge of relevant processes, such as GMS and SEMP.
• Understanding of complex systems and system-of-systems.
• Experience working according to governing documents.
• Good ability to document, analyze, and report.
• Ability to plan, prioritize, and handle changes.
• Knowledge of export control and information security.
• Good proficiency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
• Ability to undergo and pass a security clearance check (requires Swedish citizenship, dual citizenship is not accepted).

• Experience with DOORS.
• Experience with Teamcenter.
• Knowledge in Configuration Management (CM) or configuration control.
• Experience from the defense industry, aviation domain, simulator operations, or other security-sensitive technical environments.
