We are looking for an experienced Tacton Developer for a business-critical CPQ system used by several business areas to manage complex sales and advanced product configuration. The role offers the opportunity to work in a central function where you contribute to developing, improving, and standardizing configuration solutions that have a significant impact on the organization's efficiency and business processes. You will become part of a team working closely with both business and technology to create sustainable, scalable, and user-friendly solutions.

Responsibilities

As a Tacton Developer, you work hands-on with the development and maintenance of Tacton CPQ solutions. You are responsible for modeling, further development, and optimization of existing configuration models, as well as ensuring that the solutions meet the business's requirements and technical guidelines. The role also includes harmonizing model standards, processes, and working methods to create a unified structure across multiple business areas. You analyze business needs, prepare decision support materials, and collaborate with various stakeholders to translate requirements into effective configuration solutions. The work is carried out in close dialogue with both technical and business-oriented functions.

Qualifications

Requirements

• Several years of experience in development and configuration within Tacton CPQ.
• Extensive experience working in TCStudio.
• Experience in building and maintaining configuration models in Tacton.
• Good knowledge of constraints and rule management.
• Experience with object structures and model architecture in Tacton.
• Experience in requirements analysis and translating business requirements into technical solutions.
• Experience in preparing decision support materials and technical recommendations.
• Ability to work independently and drive activities forward.
• Very good proficiency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with CPQ solutions in larger organizations.
• Experience in standardizing and harmonizing configuration models.
• Experience in complex product configuration within the industrial or manufacturing sector.
• Experience with integration solutions linked to CPQ platforms.
• Experience with agile working methods and cross-functional development teams.
