Do you want to work in a role where service, administration, and security meet?
At the Swedish Migration Agency, you will handle important cases, support operations, and contribute to ensuring that the right people receive the correct permissions and access.
We are now looking for a structured and service-oriented case handler for our team within permissions and card management.
Your responsibilities
In this role, you will handle, administer, and follow up on cases within permissions and card management. You ensure that incoming orders and cases are handled correctly, efficiently, and according to current procedures.
The tasks include, among other things:
- Handle incoming cases and orders in the agency's case management system.
- Administer, review, and assign permissions according to established processes.
- Handle questions related to ID and access cards.
- Provide support and guidance to managers, requesters, and local administrators.
- Train and support local card and permissions administrators.
- Follow up on cases and ensure that the handling maintains high quality.
- Contribute to the development of procedures, working methods, and internal instructions.
- Participate in testing, quality control, and follow-ups as needed.
The work is carried out in close collaboration with colleagues within IT, security, Helpdesk, and operations.

We are looking for someone who
Has experience in case management and thrives in a role where structure, quality, and service are central parts of everyday life.
You work carefully and methodically, find it easy to prioritize between different cases, and enjoy helping others. You are communicative, solution-oriented, and have the ability to create good collaborations with many different contact areas. You take responsibility for your tasks and actively contribute to developing working methods and procedures.
The ideal candidate has
- Documented experience in independently handling, prioritizing, and following up on cases in a service, support, or administrative operation.
- Experience working in IT support, service desk, customer support, or other operations with extensive case management.
- Good experience working in case management systems.
- Strong administrative skills and habit of following processes and routines.
- Very good ability to express yourself in Swedish, both orally and in writing.
It is also an advantage if you have
- Experience working in a support or service desk function.
- Experience in permissions administration, identity and access management (IAM), or card management.
- Experience working with high demands on service, quality, and information security.
- Post-secondary education in IT, administration, or other education that the employer deems relevant for the position.
Terms of employment
Employment type: Permanent position with a six-month probation period
Location: Norrköping or Linköping
Working hours: Office hours
Remote work: Possibility of remote work based on operational needs
Start date: By agreement
Salary: Individual salary setting
