The role of System Administrator is part of the central administration of the Social Services Department and also works closely with the staff in a broad field of knowledge from a holistic perspective.

Collaboration takes place with another system administrator as well as a business developer. The work involves cooperation with the various operations of the Social Services Department as well as colleagues in the municipality's other departments, including the IT department.

Job Description

The role of System Administrator includes responsibility for, among other things, the business systems Lifecare and Phoniro. The tasks include, among other things, first-line support, user support, information, and training for the system's users. The assignment is based on the municipality's system administration model.

Furthermore, it includes creating pedagogical manuals and training materials and being responsible for maintenance and configuration of the systems. The role also includes development and change work in existing systems, implementation of new systems and functions, and integrations with other systems.

As a System Administrator, you also contribute to the department's quality development by producing statistics, reports, and decision support materials.

Qualifications

We value competence and experience over a specific educational background. You might, for example, have a university education in systems science or a related field, but upper secondary education in various directions can also be relevant.

The most important thing is that you have acquired the competence required for the role and have an interest in business systems and digital working methods. The competence may have been acquired through education, work experience, or a combination of these.

Experience from healthcare and social care or municipal social services, as well as interest in business systems, user support, system administration, or business development, is meritorious. Experience with the business systems Lifecare and Phoniro is an advantage.

The role requires good communicative skills in spoken and written Swedish, as well as the ability to build good relationships. Great importance is placed on a pedagogical approach, service orientation, initiative, independence, and professional conduct.

A B-driver's license is a requirement. Great importance is placed on personal suitability.
