We are now looking for an engaged and competent teacher for our special education group for grades 3–6 at Tallbohovskolan. In our operations, we work to create a safe, structured, and inclusive learning environment where every student is given the opportunity to develop based on their prerequisites. The group consists of students with different needs, and the teaching is adapted with a focus on both knowledge development and social interaction.

Tallbohovskolan has 400 students in grades F–6. The school is multicultural, and many families are bilingual or multilingual. The operations also include a municipal resource school and an adapted primary school.

About the role

You are responsible for planning, implementing, and following up on teaching in close collaboration with colleagues, student health services, and guardians. You work with clear structure, relationship-building, and individualized interventions to create the best possible conditions for the students' development.

We are looking for you who:

• Are a certified teacher for grades 3–6.
• Have experience with or a strong interest in working with students in need of special support.
• Are confident in your leadership and have a good ability to create structure and clarity.
• Work solution-focused and have good collaboration skills.
• Value good relationships with students, colleagues, and guardians.
