About the Role
As a Student Employee in IT Support & Logistics, you will become an integral part of CoreGo's Swedish team in Uppsala. You will be responsible for configuring and preparing payment terminals for customer deliveries, managing logistics for the company's equipment, and providing technical support to customers and colleagues. This role offers a unique combination of technology, service, and practical work, giving you significant responsibility and opportunities for growth within a expanding tech company.

Responsibilities
The role involves a mix of technical administration at the computer, physical handling of hardware, and practical support on-site during events.
- Configure and administer payment terminals in CoreGo's backend system
- Test, prepare, pack, and ship equipment to customers and events
- Provide technical support via phone, email, and on-site when needed
- Assist with installation, troubleshooting, and operation of payment solutions during events (approx. 2-3 events during the summer)
We are looking for someone who
- Is studying a post-secondary education in IT, technology, systems science, or similar, with at least 1 year of studies remaining
- Has a strong interest in technology and good computer skills
- Speaks and writes fluently in Swedish and has good knowledge of English
- Can work full-time during the summer and part-time alongside studies thereafter
- Is available to travel for work and work some weekends during events
- Has a valid driver's license (Category B) (if travel to events is recurring)
Merits include
