About the position
We are looking for a personal assistant for a 48-year-old man with a disability and high-functioning autism. The work is performed in the environment where the client resides, primarily at home. The shifts are scheduled for 1–2 days per week between 17:00 and 06:00. We are looking for someone who can work both weekdays and weekends, as well as available for extra shifts during the summer.
Who are you?
You are a responsible and honest person who is attentive, empathetic, and self-assured. You can work independently as well as in close collaboration with other assistants and the client. You are driven and have the ability to take initiative for various activities.
We value previous experience in personal assistance and work with high-functioning autism, but personal chemistry is of utmost importance to our client.
Requirements
For this position, you must:
- Be male
- Have knowledge of autism or similar neuropsychiatric disabilities
- Have a valid driver's license
