Therefore, we are looking for a new colleague who wants to develop the operations together with us. You will start in a shared position with 50% at the Child Health Services and 50% at the health center, with the possibility of working more at the Child Health Services in the long term as the operations continue to grow.

About Us

Närhälsan Sannegården Health Center is beautifully located in the heart of Gothenburg's harbor entrance. We have a stable staff of approximately 23 employees in various professional categories at the health center and have around 9,100 registered patients of all ages. At the health center, we work with everything from preventive health work to acute care. We offer Child Health Services, district nurse clinics, and clinics for diabetes, asthma/COPD, smoking cessation, hypertension, menopause, as well as elderly and dementia care. We have a rehabilitation coordinator, care planning nurse, and a psychosocial team.

In the same premises as the health center is also Närhälsan Sannegården Rehabilitation Clinic, which means fast communication channels for easier cooperation. About the Job

Your tasks at the Child Health Services are varied, where you follow children with guardians from newborn until school health care takes over at the age of 6. You play a central role in meeting the needs of families, making medical and nursing assessments, and prioritizing. You will work, among other things, with health checks, vaccinations, and parent groups.

Your tasks at the health center cover a broad field and include the area of general medicine where you meet patients of all ages and situations. The work takes place through both emergency and planned operations. You work largely independently with your own clinic where you triage, treat, and follow up with patients.

You work in a health-promoting, advisory, and treating capacity in primary care, both via phone, home visits, digital care meetings, and at the clinic. Cooperation takes place both in cross-professional teams at the unit and with external care providers such as preschool/school, family center, home care, and specialist care. Together with your colleagues, you are responsible for developing and driving the operations forward. Training future colleagues is an important and rewarding part of our mission, so student supervision is also included.

About You

You are a registered nurse with specialist education as a pediatric nurse or district nurse. It is an advantage if you have experience working with children and young people and/or have a 7.5 ECTS supervisor education, but we also welcome you if you are a recent graduate.

We are looking for you who take initiative in work and are confident in making your own decisions. You are meticulous, solution-oriented, and can prioritize tasks effectively.

In your work, you meet many patients, so it is important that you are accommodating, sensitive, and have a desire to help others. We believe that you thrive with teamwork and that it is a matter of course for you to collaborate with colleagues and other contacts. You can express yourself well in speech and writing, and are an engaged and good listener. We would like you to have an interest in digitalization and operational development.

Selection takes place in two steps. The first selection is made by HR Specialist Recruitment who calls candidates to a telephone interview. Thereafter, the recruiting manager makes a second selection of the applicants and calls for an interview at the unit.
