We are now looking for a Customer Experience Specialist with an AI focus who wants to combine customer contact with the development of next-generation AI-driven solutions. About the role
In this role, you become the link between our customers and our product. You help users get the maximum value out of our services while contributing to the development and improvement of our AI agents.
Through daily contact with customers, you gain valuable insights into their needs and challenges – insights that you then translate into improvements in our AI solutions. The role suits you if you thrive in a dynamic environment where customer experience, innovation, and technology meet.
This is not a management role, but an opportunity for you who want to combine human-centric work with product development and AI.
Your main responsibilities
- Contribute to the development and improvement of our AI agents
- Deliver world-class customer support via several different channels
- Identify customers' needs, challenges, and recurring questions
- Collaborate closely with the product team to develop and optimize our AI solutions
- Contribute ideas and suggestions for improvements that strengthen the customer experience
- Test new features and ensure they meet customer expectations
- Train, evaluate, and refine AI-generated responses based on real customer interactions
- Conduct AML checks (Anti-Money Laundering) and support related compliance processes
We are looking for you who
- Have experience in customer service, customer support, or customer experience work
- Are communicative and have a genuine customer focus
- Have a strong interest in AI, digital tools, and new technology
- Are curious, proactive, and solution-oriented
- Enjoy collaboration and working in a team
- Fluently speak and write Swedish and English
- A technical background is advantageous, but not a requirement
