We are looking for someone with experience from a production environment, such as an assembler, operator, production technician, or similar, who wishes to develop within preparation/planning. You will have the opportunity to use your production knowledge in a role where you work on creating the prerequisites for efficient and quality-assured manufacturing.

As a Preparation Specialist (Beredare), you are responsible for creating production documentation, work instructions, and records that support production. You work with digital tools and play a key role in ensuring that the right information is in place so that production runs smoothly and efficiently.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Creating and updating production documentation and work instructions
• Working with digital 3D tools and business systems
• Identifying opportunities for improvement and contributing to more efficient processes
• Ensuring that documentation and production data are accurate
• Collaborating with designers, quality engineers, procurement, and production
• Participating in and driving improvement and development projects

We believe that you currently work within industry or production and have built a solid technical understanding through your work. Perhaps you work as an assembler, operator, or in production technology and feel ready to take the next step in your development.

Previous experience in preparation/planning is advantageous but not a requirement. We value your production background, your drive to develop, and your willingness to learn new tasks above all else.

Salary: Fixed monthly salary

Employment: Full-time, permanent

Start: Immediately, taking into account any notice period
