DUTIES

You will be responsible for guiding students in need of special support, both at the group and individual level. Work at the leisure center may also be relevant. You will collaborate with qualified teachers who plan the instruction for the students. Covering for regular staff during absences will also be part of the role.

Stamgärde School is a grades F-6 school located in Undersåker, at the gateway to the Southern Åre Mountains. At Stamgärde School and the leisure center, students work engaged with new goals for each grade level and activity. We have a preventive systematic student health work based on knowledge and psychosocial development. The educators at the school and leisure center work daily to create safe learning environments to be challenged and succeed in for both individuals and groups. The student health team together with the school staff conducts continuous student health meetings as part of our student health work. We appreciate the good cooperation between students, educators, and home, which is an important part of the student's development. Examples of this include class councils, student councils, and parent councils.

QUALIFICATIONS

• We are looking for you who have experience in pedagogical work with a focus on individual students/student groups. We would like you to have experience from working in adapted primary schools.
• You have a good ability to work both individually and in interaction with students, guardians, colleagues, and school management.
• We assume that you have a very good ability to work both goal-oriented and solution-focused based on current governing documents and that the child's best interest is always in your focus.

As a person, you find it easy to cooperate, feel safe and secure even in challenging situations, and can easily adapt to different types of tasks and situations. You often find win-win solutions through a status-free focus on the common goal. You find it easy to communicate clearly and can easily distinguish between facts and personality. Great importance is placed on personal suitability.
