Tegelhagen School is a municipal F-9 school with approximately 640 students. The school is located in a quiet residential area in southern Sollentuna, in a natural environment close to forests, meadows, and lakes. At Tegelhagen School, the student's development and well-being are always at the center. The school has high safety figures among students, low staff turnover, and high satisfaction among our competent and driven employees. Two areas that are distinctive for the school are the use of digital tools and outdoor pedagogy.
This is a fixed-term position at 60% during the academic year 2026/2027.
Job Responsibilities
As a lower primary school teacher, you teach two grade levels and are responsible for planning and conducting teaching in accordance with the curriculum's goals. You create clear structures and a safe learning environment where students are given study peace and good opportunities for development.
You work language-developing, make adjustments based on students' needs, and follow up on their knowledge development. The role includes close collaboration with colleagues in the work team, the leisure center, and the student health team to create common working methods that benefit students' learning.
Qualifications
We are looking for you who are a confident and engaged teacher with clear leadership and the ability to create structure and study peace. You work independently, are proactive, and adapt teaching to students' different needs.
You are relationship-building and build good relationships with both students and guardians. A structured work style, holistic view, and solution-oriented ability are important for success in the role. You thrive in a work team where collaboration and shared responsibility are a matter of course.
Requirements
- Licensed teacher F–3
- Qualification in Swedish, English, and Mathematics for lower primary school
