Seeking Coordinator for Elderly Care in Valdemarsvik
Valdemarsvik is an archipelago municipality in southern Östergötland, located along the E22 highway. We are a municipality with approximately 7,500 residents today. Do you want to contribute to a well-functioning elderly care system where quality, service, and good planning are in focus? We are now looking for an engaged and solution-oriented coordinator for Kyrkvägen 4 who wants to be an important part of our operations.

Job Responsibilities
As a coordinator, you play a central role in the operations, working closely with the unit manager, staff, other partners, and support functions. You are responsible for ensuring that planning, administration, and staffing function efficiently and always stem from the needs of the operations.
We are looking for someone who is professional in their approach, has good organizational skills, and can see the big picture while handling details with precision. You are efficient, flexible, and have the ability to identify and implement solutions when challenges arise.
The role includes, among other things:
- Scheduling and planning of personnel resources
- Staffing and short-term planning
- Management of permissions in Phoniro
- Personnel management in Visma
- Accounting and invoice processing
- Management and documentation in Lifecare
- Administrative tasks related to operations
- Support to operations in other coordination and administrative matters
Qualifications
We are looking for someone who:
- Has experience in administrative work, preferably within healthcare and social care
- Is computer literate and quick to learn new systems
- Is structured, meticulous, and service-oriented
- Can work independently and take personal responsibility
- Has good collaboration skills and a professional demeanor
- Can see the overall operations and prioritize based on current needs
- Is solution-focused and works efficiently even during periods of high tempo
