Would you like to work at a preschool that actively works with sustainable development, focusing on environment and health, spends a lot of time outdoors, and consciously works with small children's groups?

At Hagvidson Ekot, we work in smaller groups for most of the day. Each group has a clear structure that is followed daily. The preschool has three age-divided departments. We place great emphasis on language, digitalization, children's influence, and the involvement of guardians. The children's interests are taken into account and form the basis of our operations. Our keywords are Security, Involvement, and Joy, which permeate our entire operation. Outdoor pedagogy, project work, and the Green Flag award are prioritized areas for us. We grow our own food and compost our food waste.

As a preschool teacher, you are responsible for the operations and the preschool's development work. You lead the work with reflections, are involved and engaged in Annual Performance and Development Talks (APT), and in the development of documenting operations, development talks, and parent meetings. Together with the work team, you are responsible for project work where the children's learning is in focus. You are also expected to contribute to the development of the preschool and the children, and create good conditions for involvement for our guardians, among other things through development talks and parent meetings.

About you

We believe you are a secure and positive educator with some years of experience in the profession. You want to develop and be challenged together with children and educators. You are flexible, can take initiative, but at the same time find it easy to collaborate, are responsible, punctual, and stress-resistant. You contribute to an open, social climate. You ensure that all meetings are good meetings, among other things by being a secure, respectful, engaged, and responsive educator. You treat guardians with respect and work actively to get them involved in the children's daily lives. You are well-versed in the curriculum, enjoy working with a project approach, and know how important it is to have a well-documented operation. You enjoy working indoors and outdoors during all seasons of the year. You will work with all common tasks for an educator in a preschool.

Fixed-term position at 100%, starting in August 2026.
