At Engelbrektsskolan F-3, we work with an expanded basic staffing. For the upcoming school year, we are looking for an engaged primary school teacher for grade 3 in Norberg.

The school actively works with value-based education, and we have the privilege of having recess supervisors on the schoolyard. The after-school center is responsible for daily recess activities. Engelbrektsskolan has a well-developed student health service.

Job Description

This autumn, you will be the class teacher for grade 3. You are a clear leader who sets boundaries and has high expectations for the students. You create situations in the classroom where students succeed in developing their abilities with good results. Teaching in grades F-3 is research-based, and we work with the phonics method and "Rik matematik" (National Math). Experience in these areas is meritorious. At Engelbrektsskolan F-3, we place great emphasis on promoting reading.

At Engelbrektsskolan F-3, teachers and educators work in teams, jointly driving the pedagogical operations. Competence development occurs through collegial learning. We use Quiculum as a communication channel with guardians and for student assessment.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who are qualified to teach students in grades 1-3.

Good ability to express yourself in Swedish, both orally and in writing. You are a person who takes the children's perspective in all situations and upholds the curriculum's values and view of learning. Whether you have experience or are a recent graduate, you will receive support and guidance from your work team, special education teachers, student health services, and the principal.

Personal suitability is given great weight.
