Treälvs School is a comprehensive school (grades F-9) with approximately 330 students, an associated after-school center, and a youth recreation center. We are close to nature and outdoor activities. Treälvs School also features a sports hall, swimming pool, multi-purpose arena, and ice rink.

Job Responsibilities

At Treälvs School, we work as much as possible with a two-teacher system, where two class teachers share responsibility for a class. Together with your class teacher colleague and the rest of the F-3 organization, you are responsible for planning, implementing, and evaluating teaching with the goal of providing all students with the guidance and stimulation they need to develop as far as possible in accordance with the educational goals. You will also be involved in our overall school development processes.

As a teacher, you view the student's entire school day as important, and therefore collaborate with both guardians and colleagues regarding the student. As part of this collaboration, the school's and after-school center's operations work together to achieve a higher level of goal fulfillment and create the best conditions for each student's pedagogical and social development. We work with PAX, a method to promote safety and a good study environment. You will be part of a team where good cooperation skills, flexibility, and joy in work prevail.

Qualifications

You have teacher certification and are qualified to teach in grades F-3. We are looking for you who have a clear and strong leadership style in the classroom, as well as the ability to capture and inspire the group you teach based on the students' needs.

• You have a strong interest in developing teaching and supporting students in their learning process.
• Your view of students aligns with the value-based intentions of the curriculum.
• You are well acquainted with the school's governing documents and can translate these into daily work.
• You have a strong interest in developing teaching and supporting students in their learning process.
• You have a good ability to build good relationships and are clear and structured in your work.
• You have a great interest in pedagogical challenges and dare to challenge yourself and your colleagues to think about development.
