We now offer you an opportunity you must not miss! Come to our fantastic school and work together with knowledgeable and professional colleagues to teach our students in grades 7-9 in Swedish and Swedish as a Second Language, as one of our employees is on parental leave.

We work cross-curricularly for meaningful learning. We have seen that studying a subject area simultaneously in several subjects in different ways significantly increases additional learning and the desire to learn. Texts and fiction are linked, among other things, to Science (NO) and Social Studies (SO). An argumentative text about, for example, nuclear power can be assessed in both Swedish and Science subjects regarding text, facts, and source criticism. Being able to use the texts processed in Social Studies to work with grammar in Swedish creates meaning and additional learning.

We believe that working with tasks and problems from contexts outside of school is important. Together with other colleagues, you will plan, implement, and evaluate the various projects and pedagogical work at the workplace. This creates a positive community and more eyes seeing each child from different perspectives.

Are we looking for you?

Innovitaskolan Södertälje is looking for a driven and positive teacher who puts student learning at the center. We want you to be curious and solution-oriented. You have the ability to create interest and a desire to learn, and you meet each student where they are. You inspire joy in work and contribute to development through close leadership.

Creating good relationships with students and colleagues is seen as a natural part of your daily life. You are a certified teacher with qualifications to teach Swedish and preferably Swedish as a Second Language.

Other information

The position is a 100% fixed-term position, weeks 33–42, with a chance of extension. Start date: August 10, 2026.
