Ångsta School is now looking for a leisure-time teacher/educator who wants to help create safe, fun, and educational days for our approximately 80 students from preschool class to grade 6. We are a small rural school where everyone knows each other, with a fantastic outdoor environment and nature just around the corner – perfect for creative leisure activities all year round.

About the Position
You will work both in the leisure-time center and during school hours, in close collaboration with teachers, student health services, and guardians. The daily routine is varied, with a clear structure and a focus on accessible learning and the student's entire day.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Planning, leading, and following up on leisure-time activities based on the curriculum and other governing documents
- Creating playful and developmental activities indoors and outdoors that strengthen students' social, linguistic, and creative skills
- Working proactively and preventatively regarding safety, relationships, study environment, and a positive view of children
- Collaborating closely with teachers, special education teachers, and student health services regarding adaptations and support for students, both in school and leisure time
- Contributing to documentation, quality work, and long-term development of the leisure-time center's content and methods
Qualifications
Requirements
- Are a certified leisure-time educator or a certified primary school teacher in leisure-time centers
- Have good knowledge of Swedish
Merits
- At least 1–2 years of experience from leisure-time centers or schools, preferably grades F–6
- Experience working with students with neurodevelopmental disorders (NPF) and/or in adapted primary schools
- Good pedagogical insight, leadership skills, initiative, and a flexible approach
- Good collaboration skills and communicates clearly with students, colleagues, and guardians
- Computer literate and able to translate the leisure-time center's governing documents into daily work
