At Falck, we focus on strengthening health and giving people tools to handle work life challenges, such as stress and conflicts. Falck is now looking for a colleague for our practice in Växjö!
As a Behavioral Scientist at Falck, you work consultatively and tailor-made for our customers as a support for managers, contact persons, and employees. You deliver both digitally and physically to local and national customers within a variety of industries; private and public sectors, larger and smaller operations, which gives the role an interesting breadth.
The main focus is on implementing interventions at the individual level, but also assignments at the group and organizational level in the form of, for example, assessments, training, and group supervision. You work cross-functionally together with company doctors, company nurses, behavioral scientists, and physiotherapists who work in synergy with our customers and their employees towards good results.
You will mainly work with:
- Support conversations and counseling with a focus on rehabilitation
- Supervision of individuals and groups
- Conflict management and manager support
- Psychosocial work environment issues
- Assessments
Qualifications:
- Social worker or another academic behavioral science education combined with further training in methods such as CBT Step 1
- Experience of support conversations where you have used methodologies in conversation and treatment (preferably CBT, ACT, or FACT)
- Experience of meeting people with needs and questions related to situations where life and work meet
- Experience of working with groups and conducting training
- Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
- Good computer skills and interest and preferably experience in delivering via digital tools and working with online-based methods.
Meritorious
- Experience from occupational health or private healthcare providers
- Further education in or experience of the area of rehabilitation, organizational and social work environment.

Other:
Permanent position with a 6-month probation period. Full-time (100%) starting after the summer. Working hours are weekdays 8-17, excluding holidays.
The position may involve travel, which means you must have a driver's license and preferably access to a private car.
