Are you technically interested, have an eye for detail, and enjoy working across multiple interfaces to create results? Then seize the opportunity to become our new colleague as we strengthen our team for the coordinator role regarding the customer's initial spare parts requirements.
Your future challenge
As our vehicles begin their journey from us to the end customer, there is a clear need for initial spare parts. Our early analysis, combined with the customer's needs for initial spare parts, forms an initial spare parts proposal that is priced and presented to the customer. This ensures the customer feels secure in being able to start using the product as quickly as possible from an early stage.
In the role of Spare Parts Coordinator for initial spare parts, you coordinate the work to ensure that the correct spare parts are in place and available to the customer on time. You are the final cog in the wheel, compiling the results from maintenance planning and analysts: you create a spare parts structure, maintain it, and track changes to the individual components through various stages, acting on and updating the spare parts proposal based on input from relevant internal interfaces.
The work is performed in a project format, and you will interact with other functions such as maintenance planning, purchasing, and production.
The work is primarily based on-site in Örnsköldsvik.
About you
This role suits you if you are analytical, focused, and skilled at handling details and structures. You need to have technical understanding, and proficiency in Excel is advantageous. We prefer that you have a technical education, but this is not a requirement. The work is independent, but since there are many interfaces, it is also important that you are team-oriented and have good communication skills in both speech and writing. To succeed in the role, it is important to have a good ability to build social relationships.
Experience from the automotive or defense industry is advantageous.
Since we operate in an international environment, you need to have good knowledge of Swedish and English, both in speech and writing.
What you will be a part of
At our company, you will have fun at work, and no day will be like the other! You will get to be part of the process when the product goes from idea to when it rolls out to the customer. You will get to work with future technology in a global company where you have great opportunities for competence and career development.
