About the position

You will work in the client's home, in everyday life, with a focus on creating security, structure, and contributing to the possibility of an active life. The work involves both practical tasks and a high degree of presence, sensitivity, and understanding of the client's needs.

Requirements for applicants

• Female applicants, aged 20–45
• Non-smoker and smokeless tobacco user
• Interest in health and good eating habits – you should be able to inspire the client to make good choices and participate in educational meals
• Interest in exercise – you help the client get to exercise and are happy to participate yourself

Personal qualities we value

• Communicative without being burdensome – you find ways to talk and cooperate that reduce the client's mental fatigue
• Structured and secure in routines – you understand the importance of following established routines that have been built up over a long period
• Participate in activities – concerts, trips, exercise, and other things the client wants to do
• Provide quality of life while giving space – you are the client's arms but also a person who can step aside when needed
• Good situational awareness – you notice when the client needs rest, peace, or social interaction
• Put the client's needs first – you do not burden the client's daily life with your own problems or events from the outside world.

Application and documentation

In your application, you must state your citizenship. If you are not a citizen of Sweden, the EU, EEA, or Switzerland, you must be able to prove that you have a permanent residence permit in Sweden to be employed by us.

If you are applying for a position as a personal assistant to an adult client, you need to provide an extract from the criminal record. If you are applying for a position as a personal assistant to a child under 18 years of age, you also need to provide a valid extract from the criminal record before you can start working.
