Do you want to work close to production and help drive technical installations in our construction projects? We are now looking for an experienced and engaged Installation Manager with a focus on ventilation (HVAC) and elevators.

About the role

As an Installation Manager, you are a key person in our construction projects and are responsible for leading and coordinating installation work during the production phase. You work closely with project managers and contractors to ensure that installations are delivered according to schedule, budget, and quality requirements.

Your main responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate installation contractors within ventilation and elevators
• Ensure that installations follow construction documents, AF-part, and technical descriptions
• Monitor production against schedule, economy, and quality
• Actively participate in production and coordination meetings
• Handle technical issues and deviations in the project
• Participate in inspections, testing, and commissioning

Your profile

• Several years of experience from the construction or installation industry, preferably in a leading role
• Extensive knowledge within ventilation and/or elevator systems
• Good understanding of the different stages of the construction process (design–production–handover)
• Experience working with contractors on construction sites
• You are fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written

• Solution-oriented and accustomed to making decisions at a high pace
• Good teamwork skills and clear in your communication
• Driving and self-initiative
