About the role

As a Project Manager for sprinkler systems at IVAB, you are responsible for planning, leading, and following up on sprinkler projects – from design to completed installation. You play a central role in driving especially large and complex projects with significant economic value, including a major strategic assignment.

The position involves close collaboration with installers, technicians, customers, and subcontractors. The projects are carried out both throughout Sweden and internationally.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead and drive sprinkler projects from start to final delivery
• Plan resources, schedules, and budgets
• Responsible for project economics, forecasts, and follow-up
• Coordinate installers, subcontractors, and suppliers
• Ensure quality, working environment, and compliance with current regulations
• Maintain ongoing dialogue with customers, clients, and other stakeholders
• Participate in design and technical solutions
• Handle changes, additional work, and risks in projects
• Documentation, self-inspections, and final inspection
• Significant responsibility regarding project economics
• Contribute to strategic work regarding future projects and business opportunities.

Who are you?

We are primarily looking for someone with experience in project management within sprinkler systems. However, candidates with extensive experience in plumbing (VVS) or related technical installations are also welcome. You have the ability to drive larger projects with many contact points and thrive in a role where you take responsibility.

As a person, you are structured, business-minded, thorough, and solution-oriented. You are confident in your role as a project manager and have a good ability to build trust with both customers and colleagues.

We also value good customer service skills and a service-oriented attitude. You must be able to work both independently and in a team, as well as be flexible in your approach.

Requirements

• To work with many of our customers, you must possess and be able to present a valid identity document, such as a passport or national ID card.
• Valid driver's license (Category B)
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Experience in project management within sprinkler, plumbing (VVS), or similar fields
• Good computer skills and experience with project follow-up tools
