Operations Technician Wanted – Technical Property Management

Do you have experience in technical property management and want to work in a varied role with significant personal responsibility?

We are now looking for an operations technician for an established property company focused on developing, optimizing, and ensuring the operation of modern properties.

About the role

As an operations technician, you are responsible for the daily operation and maintenance of technical installations in properties. The role involves close collaboration with colleagues, contractors, and tenants.

Your tasks may include, but are not limited to:

• Operation, troubleshooting, and optimization of heating, ventilation, cooling, and control systems.
• Preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Replacement of technical components such as pumps, valves, sensors, and fans.
• Energy monitoring and work on energy efficiency.
• Contact with tenants and external suppliers.

We are looking for someone who

• Has experience in technical property management.
• Has good knowledge of plumbing, heating, and ventilation (HVAC).
• Has experience or interest in control and regulation technology.
• Is solution-oriented, structured, and responsible.
• Thrives working both independently and as part of a team.
• Has a valid driver's license (Category B).

Knowledge of electrical systems and refrigeration is a plus.
