Surewood Housing is a long-term housing developer that builds well-designed, affordable, and sustainable row houses and multi-family homes. Surewood Housing delivers housing as total contractors, but can also support throughout the entire chain, from land acquisition to turnkey houses.
We operate nationwide with offices in Gullringen, Stockholm, and Malmö. The houses are manufactured as modules in our state-of-the-art production facility in Gullringen, which we acquired from Skanska in 2025, to now deliver and assemble turnkey houses on site.
At Surewood Housing, we believe that a good workplace is more than meaningful tasks and efficient processes. It is also about people, culture, and creating a daily life together where community and joy in work can thrive.

To thrive with us, you keep things organized, enjoy a growing and developing environment where you are expected to be part of the solution.
