As a trench technician, you will work with the operation, maintenance, and development of our district heating network. The tasks are varied and include both practical fieldwork as well as planning and coordination.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Maintenance and repair of the district heating network.
• Renovations and extensions of the pipeline network.
• Troubleshooting and repair of alarm systems for district heating pipelines.
• Coordination and follow-up of work performed by contractors, such as welding, excavation, and earthworks.

On-call duty is included in the position.

Qualifications

Requirements

• Category B driver's license for manual transmission vehicles.
• Good computer skills.
• Ability to plan and coordinate work.
• Good proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written.

Merits

• Welding licenses for pressure-bearing steel pipes.
• Experience with sleeve coupling of district heating pipes.
• Experience with alarm systems for district heating pipelines.
• Certificate for Hot Work.
• Experience from the district heating, water and wastewater, contracting, or construction industries.
