About the Role

As a Project and Construction Manager at Archus, you will have a central role where you are responsible for leading and coordinating projects within residential buildings, civil engineering, and infrastructure. You represent the client throughout the entire project lifecycle and work closely with clients, contractors, consultants, and other stakeholders to ensure successful projects.

Your responsibilities include, among other things:

• Leading and coordinating design and/or production from early stages to handover.
• Ensuring that projects are carried out according to set goals for time, cost, quality, and working environment.
• Being responsible for following up on agreements with consultants and contractors.
• Driving risk management, change management, and communication with the client and other stakeholders.
• Coordinating interfaces between different disciplines such as buildings, installations, and civil works.
• Leading construction meetings, coordination meetings, and economic follow-ups of projects.

The projects vary in size and complexity, ranging from new builds and renovations to civil and infrastructure projects for both public and private clients.

We are looking for you who

Have a few years of experience within the construction or civil engineering sector and currently work as a project manager, construction manager, site manager, foreman, design manager, or in a similar role. You have a good understanding of the construction process and enjoy coordinating various actors towards common goals.

We believe you work in a structured manner and have good knowledge of industry regulations and standards, such as AB, ABT, and AMA. You express yourself fluently in Swedish, both verbally and in writing, and feel comfortable in dialogue with both clients and contractors and consultants.

Background from the contracting industry is meritorious but not a requirement. The most important thing for us is that you have drive, business acumen, and the ability to create structure and good collaborations.

Meritorious Experience

We would like you to have experience from one or more of the following areas:

• Building projects within new construction or renovation.
• Civil and infrastructure projects such as roads, water/sewage, or foundation.
• Public procurement.
• Civil real estate or public clients.
• BAS-P/BAS-U (Safety coordinators).
• Control Responsibility (KA) according to the Planning and Building Act (PBL).
