Join us in leading large, complex, and significant projects at Stockholm Arlanda Airport. We are looking for a project manager with a background in construction or civil engineering who wants to take responsibility for developing and driving development projects in the T5 PBI program (Terminal 5 - Pier, baggage & check-in).

What does the role entail?

As a Project Manager at Swedavia, you are responsible for the entire project process, from planning to the finished product, with a focus on time, economy, quality, work environment, and sustainability. The work includes scheduling, procurement, financial follow-up, and reporting. You lead meetings, participate in quality and environmental work, and ensure that the project follows its goals, budget, and timelines.

In your role as Project Manager, you report to the responsible Project Director and will be stationed at Stockholm Arlanda Airport.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who has:

• A university degree in engineering, civil engineering, project management, or equivalent.
• At least ten years of experience from the construction and civil engineering industry, with at least five years as a Project Manager or in a similar role.
• Experience from renovation projects taking into account ongoing operations and/or subcontractors.
• Negotiation skills and experience from financial settlements in contracts.
• Experience driving and being responsible for large, complex projects in the multi-million class.
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both in speech and writing.

It is an advantage if you have experience with:

• Work on projects with dense installations.
• Contract law and procurement according to LOU or LUF.
