Veterangig AB offers comprehensive solutions within construction, electrical work, painting, gardening, and cleaning, targeting private individuals, associations, and businesses in southern Stockholm. You will join the Veteran Painting team, which consists of four people. Work is almost always done in pairs, but individual assignments occur with both businesses and private individuals. All assignments have a clear description. Tasks are distributed based on interest and geography, either via phone or during breakfast meetings where new assignments and customers are presented. Your direct supervisor will be Michell, one of the company's project managers.

As a Veteran Painter, you will:

• Conduct a kick-off with the customer and project manager, where we align on the job description with the customer and provide feedback on time usage, completed work, and any deficiencies or actions required.
• Purchase materials and tools as needed, based on estimated material usage.
• Execute assignments according to all painting arts and standards, from spackling to masking/unmasking.

Responsibilities: You are responsible for ensuring the work is performed professionally, conducting ongoing check-ins with the customer and supervisor, and providing excellent service to our customers.

Desired Profile:

• Good experience with professionally executed painting work.
• Category B driver's license and access to a car.
• Willingness to work part-time on intermittent assignments.

You are meticulous, as it is important that the customer receives professionally executed work and that our routines regarding job descriptions and checklists are followed. You are cheerful, spread positive energy to customers and colleagues, and enjoy providing service. You have patience with older individuals, for example, those with impaired vision or hearing. You are the face of Veterangig.
