You will step into a socially important project where two school properties have new owners and new premises are to be developed for municipal operations. Your task is to hold the whole together and ensure that the needs of the operations are clearly represented in the dialogue with the property owners ahead of the upcoming rental period.

You drive issues affecting economy, quality, contracts, and communication, while simultaneously creating structure and progress in a project with many stakeholders. • You coordinate the dialogue between operations and new property owners to ensure that the municipality's needs are captured and implemented in the project.
• You drive economically efficient execution and monitor the project's economy on an ongoing basis.
• You ensure quality throughout the entire project, from planning to implementation.
• You monitor contracts and ensure that agreements support the goals of the operations.
• You plan and execute communication to stakeholders, such as decision-makers, politicians, citizens, and internal recipients.
• You report status, progress, and decision-making materials to steering groups and other decision-makers.
• You create structure in the collaboration between different parties and contribute to enabling decisions to be made on the right basis.

• You have experience in project management within development or similar property-related projects.
• You have experience representing operational needs in dialogue with external parties, such as property owners.
• You have worked with economic monitoring, quality control, and contract follow-up in projects.
• You are accustomed to communicating with various types of stakeholders and adapting information to both steering groups and decision-makers.
• You work independently and create clear progress in projects with many dependencies.
