We are now looking for a Coordinator for Requirements and Facility Control Documents who wants to contribute to developing and monitoring our governing processes and working methods with the goal of delivering high-quality subway facilities.

About the role

You have overall responsibility for the management of our requirements database Polarion and our facility control documents. You will also be responsible for managing central control documents related to requirements management and quality assurance of the completed subway facilities. To support this work, you have access to the department's specialists and central strategists. In your work, you will collaborate closely with project organizations and the Traffic Administration. You report to the department's Chief Engineer and will belong to the Technology Unit.

Your responsibilities include:

As Coordinator for Requirements and Facility Control Documents, you have a key role in:

  • Monitoring the specialists' management of their respective requirement sets and facility control documents.
  • Monitoring and supporting the projects' application of control documents and processes.
  • Identifying areas for improvement and, if necessary, developing control documents within quality assurance and requirements management.
  • Being responsible for the process regarding the creation of facility control documents.
  • Participating in and/or leading internal networks and meeting forums related to quality.
  • Collaborating with the projects' quality coordinators regarding how the Technology Unit's requirements and control documents are communicated to the project organizations.
  • Serving as the interface with the Traffic Administration regarding the department's facility control documents and the established department-wide common documents.

About the position

We are looking for you who work in a structured manner and have a strong ability to drive your work independently. You communicate clearly and have an easy time creating understanding, both in writing and speech, while also having the ability to see the big picture and understand how different parts fit together. You have a strategic and process-oriented approach and can naturally switch between working independently and in close collaboration with others.

To succeed in the position, you should have:

  • A university degree in construction, infrastructure, or another education that the employer deems relevant.
  • Several years of experience in requirements coordination and control documents in complex infrastructure projects.
  • Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both in speech and writing.

Of course, you have an interest in our operations and the content of the position.

We are currently located at Solnavägen 1e in Stockholm, and you can easily get here by bus, subway, or commuter train. In the latter part of 2026, the office will move closer to the construction of the yellow line in Älvsjö, and one of the goals with the move is that you will still be able to get to the office easily by public transport.
