We offer a long-term and developmental assignment in one of Sweden's most extensive and technically complex infrastructure projects. You will become an important part of an experienced project team where you will have the opportunity to influence working methods, structure, and collaboration in production.

What the role entails

As a Production Manager/Production Planner, you will have a central role in planning, coordinating, and following up on production activities within the project. You work closely with installation managers, contractors, and internal functions, contributing to ensuring efficient and well-functioning production.

Your main responsibilities include:

  • Leading and supporting two installation managers in their daily work
  • Planning, coordinating, and following up on production-related activities
  • Ensuring that work is carried out according to current requirements, guidelines, and work preparation plans
  • Creating and maintaining structure, documentation, and order in work processes
  • Actively participating in weekly production meetings
  • Representing the client in dialogue with contractors and other external parties
  • Being present on-site approximately three days per week

You will be joining a stage where there have previously been challenges in collaboration, making your ability to create structure, clarity, and good relationships crucial for success.

Who we are looking for

We are looking for you who are an experienced leader within production and who thrives in complex project environments where structure and cooperation are decisive.

You have:

  • At least 10 years of experience in production, construction management, or equivalent
  • Documented good leadership skills and the ability to build trusting relationships
  • Very good communication skills in Swedish, both oral and written
  • A structured working method and experience in creating order in extensive projects

It is meritorious if you have:

  • Experience with documentation, work preparation, and systematic working methods
  • Knowledge of steel contracting
  • Experience from larger client organizations within infrastructure
  • Experience of work preparation processes such as ABA99
  • Background from functional contracting or industrial plants

Employment type: Consulting assignment

Assignment duration: Until 2030, with possibility of extension
