Site Supervisor at Peab in Stockholm

About the role

As a site supervisor at Peab, you will have a key role out in our projects. You are present in production and ensure that work is planned, executed, and followed up in an efficient and high-quality manner. In close collaboration with the site manager and other colleagues, you drive the work towards the project's goals.

In the role, you will among other things:

  • Plan, lead, and follow up on work in the project
  • Prepare work and distribute tasks to skilled workers
  • Coordinate subcontractors and ensure that work proceeds according to plan
  • Contribute to a good working environment and a positive collaborative climate
  • Be an important culture and team player in the project team

About you

We are looking for you who have:

  • Education in construction or civil engineering
  • At least 5 years of experience as a site supervisor in new production of housing or commercial projects
  • Good ability to plan, structure, and communicate
  • A holistic mindset and confidence in making decisions

As a person, you thrive in a responsible role where you can combine leadership with operational presence. You easily build good relationships, work solution-oriented, and are accustomed to using digital tools in your daily work.
