We are now looking for a Project Manager who wants to take responsibility for the business, lead people, and contribute to developing both the operations and our customer relationships.

About the role

As a Project Manager, you are responsible for leading installation projects from idea and planning to final delivery. You have overall responsibility for the economy, resources, quality, and customer relations, while simultaneously leading the project team towards common goals.

You will become an important part of the department's continued development and work closely with customers, employees, and management.

Your main responsibilities

• Lead and drive projects with a focus on quality, profitability, and customer satisfaction
• Responsible for the project's economy, forecasts, and follow-up
• Plan resources and ensure efficient project execution
• Develop existing customer relationships and create new business opportunities
• Work with purchasing, procurement, and contracting issues
• Ensure that occupational health and safety requirements are met
• Coach and support employees in the projects
• Contribute to the development and improvement work of the business

We are looking for you who

• Have experience in project management within electrical installation, contracting, or related operations
• Have good technical understanding of electricity
• Have experience with economic, calculation, and profit responsibility
• Have good administrative skills and work in a structured manner
• Master Swedish in speech and writing
• Have a valid driver's license (Category B)
