At MSA Konsult, we are looking for an experienced and engaged employee who wants to work with follow-up and quality control of road maintenance. Here you will have an important role in ensuring that the Swedish Transport Administration's (Trafikverket) operation and maintenance contracts are carried out according to established requirements and goals.

About the position

In this role, you will work with follow-up of contracts within road operation and road maintenance. Through inspections, documentation, and dialogue with relevant stakeholders, you will contribute to ensuring that the road network maintains a high quality for road users.

The work is primarily conducted in the counties of Blekinge and Kronoberg. The placement can be in Växjö or Karlskrona and surrounding areas.

Responsibilities

As a delivery follow-up specialist, you will among other things:

• Conduct inspections and follow-ups of operation and maintenance works
• Use digital tools and systems for documentation and reporting
• Work in the Swedish Transport Administration's follow-up system
• Provide support to the Swedish Transport Administration's project managers in several operational areas
• Contribute with analyses and data for quality follow-up

Your profile

We believe you have:

• At least two years of experience in the operation and maintenance of roads or streets for state or municipal road authorities
• Experience with winter road maintenance
• Worked in a leading function, for example as a lead worker, foreman, project manager, consultant, or equivalent
• Good ability to collaborate and build trust-based relationships
• Experience in planning and follow-up
• Good proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written
• Good computer skills
• Valid driver's license (Category B)
