About the role

As a Site Supervisor, you are responsible for supporting operations in the daily work at the depot and out on the road. You lead the work and assist in planning and distributing tasks and resources, such as materials, vehicles, personnel, and subcontractors, in coordination with the Site Manager. Your role involves a mix of practical tasks in the field and administrative duties at the office.

Your responsibilities include:

• driving and leading our contracting services on road and construction sites
• actively working with customer processing
• planning work in our work order system and supporting invoicing
• assisting our customers, together with your colleagues, with their need for traffic solutions with a focus on profitability and customer satisfaction

The position is full-time based in Sundsvall. Regular working hours are during the day, but night and weekend work may occur. We are a flexible team where everyone collaborates and supports each other.

About you

As a person, you have excellent problem-solving skills and possess strong administrative knowledge. You take initiative, are open, curious, and enjoy challenges. You thrive when putting the customer first and have a strong sense of service. You are expected to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and be skilled at organizing and prioritizing your work. Requirements for the role:

• Category B driver's license and good proficiency in Swedish (both spoken and written) are required.

Merits for the role:

• Having a Category C driver's license is considered a merit.
