HSB plans, finances, builds and manages housing throughout Sweden. Today, over one million people – singles, couples, and families – live in HSB's 26,708 rental apartments and 346,381 condominiums. HSB also offers Sweden's largest housing savings program, which gives priority access to owning a home.

In Gävleborg, Västernorrland, and Jämtland, we serve 430 condominium associations and other property owners with a comprehensive range of management services. HSB also has approximately 2,000 rental apartments in the area. With the help of nearly 230 skilled employees, we are now looking for additional support in Sundsvall.

Responsibilities and Tasks

As a repair technician with a focus on plumbing (VVS) at HSB, you work closely with our customers. Your primary tasks include corrective repairs and planned maintenance of our customers' properties in Sundsvall and Timrå. This includes tasks within plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, laundry rooms, as well as operational measures such as filter changes, inspection, and adjustment of substations and equipment in the building. You are responsible for contacting customers who have reported issues and play a key role in ensuring our customers have a good living experience. The role also involves a rolling on-call schedule.

Experience

The following qualifications are required for the role:

• Previous experience working within plumbing (VVS)
• Category B driver's license (manual transmission)
• Good proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written
• Experienced user of database-based systems and programs

Certificates in hot work, scissor lifts, and fall protection are meritorious. Additional education or experience in carpentry, locks, doors, and windows is also an advantage.
