Technical Property Service AB (TFS) is a company based in Northern Sweden that manages maintenance and development of properties for clients who are property owners and users within industry, public sector, and commercial operations. The company operates within service and preventive maintenance of building technical installations for ventilation, heating, cooling, electricity, and automation. The operations are located in Northern Sweden with offices in 16 locations from Uppsala in the south to Luleå in the north, with headquarters in Sundsvall. TFS is part of the Fenix Holding AB group, which has nearly 500 employees, of whom approx. 250 are employed at TFS.

About the Role

In the role of ventilation technician, you will primarily work independently in the field on various types of service assignments. The tasks include qualified service commitments, maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, as well as new installations and renovations. The work includes both planned and more urgent jobs and is varied with many social interactions. As a ventilation technician, you will plan, coordinate, and perform service and assembly work for our various customers. Your tasks will mainly consist of:

• Service work and assembly within ventilation
• Troubleshooting, action proposals, new installations, and renovations
• Daily contact with our customers

In the role of ventilation technician, you are TFS's face to the outside world and an important contact for our customers as you become part of creating the building technology of the future.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who have experience in service or assembly work with a focus on ventilation. It is meritorious if you hold an OVK permit (Ventilation Inspection) or experience in control and regulation technology. To qualify for the role of ventilation technician, a B-class driver's license is required.
