Project Manager Ventilation for Technical Property Services

Technical Property Services AB, TFS, is a company based in Northern Sweden that handles maintenance and development of properties for customers who are property owners and users within industry, public sector, and commercial operations. The company operates within service and preventive maintenance of technical building installations for ventilation, heating, cooling, electricity, and automation. The operations are located in Northern Sweden with offices in 16 locations from Uppsala in the south to Luleå in the north, and with headquarters in Sundsvall. TFS is part of the Fenix Holding AB group, which has nearly 500 employees, of which approximately 250 are employed at TFS.
About the Role
In the role of Project Manager, you will plan, lead, and allocate work within ventilation installations, although design work within electricity and automation may also occur. You will drive several smaller projects in parallel and are responsible for the entire project lifecycle, from start, implementation, to completion. As a Project Manager, you have overall responsibility for, among other things, budget and schedule, and you are the coordinating function ensuring that the team delivers according to plan. You follow the project's development, coordinate activities, and proactively manage opportunities and risks. Furthermore, you drive customer matters regarding changes in the project based on received documentation such as drawings and descriptions, and calculate and establish material and labor costs. You will conduct project follow-up and, together with the Site Manager and Controller, perform economic follow-up of service, contract, and installation assignments.
Qualifications
- Relevant post-secondary education in technology (e.g., Property Engineer, Electrical Energy Engineer, Property Technician).
- Knowledge within ventilation, cooling, heating, electricity, and/or control and regulation technology.
- Experience in project management and familiarity with driving multiple projects as well as working with economic tasks.
- Good computer skills and good knowledge of the Office package.
- You must have good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.
- A valid driver's license (Category B) is required.
