About the role

• Work as an asphalt paver on various projects in Boden and the surrounding area.
• Operate asphalt pavers and contribute to efficient and high-quality work.
• Collaborate in a team to ensure production meets schedule and quality requirements.
• The work takes place outdoors in varying environments.

Working hours

• Irregular working hours are common.
• The work may include early mornings, evenings, nights, and weekends.
• You need to be flexible and comfortable with a varied schedule.

We are looking for someone who

• Has 2–4 years of experience with asphalt work.
• Thrives in physical and practical outdoor work.
• Has good teamwork skills and a strong safety mindset.
• Can communicate in Swedish or English.
• Has certificates for Work on Road 1 and 2 (mandatory).
• Has a B driving license (meritorious).
• Has experience with vibrators or other asphalt machinery (meritorious).
