We are a team of approximately seven employees working continuously on two main projects. The first involves renovating and improving our own properties, such as villas, farms, apartment buildings, and industrial houses. The second project is rental, where we currently focus primarily on renting furnished accommodations to businesses. We are always busy and looking for new team members.

We are environmentally conscious and reuse materials whenever possible. When purchasing new materials, we prioritize local suppliers.

Examples of tasks:

Renovation and improvement of properties in the areas of Ytterturingen, Östavall, and Ramsjö.
Construction projects: Building new rooms and additional bedrooms to accommodate numerous wind power workers in private sleeping quarters.
Renovation and replacement of windows.
Inspection and upgrading of water and heating systems.
Installation of additional showers.
Trenching and digging for new electrical, water, and sewage connections.
