About the role

As a Project Manager, you will play a central role in the development of a substantial housing portfolio. The focus is on driving renovation and reconstruction projects from idea and planning through to completion and handover.

You are responsible for the entire project process, ensuring that projects are executed according to set goals for quality, economy, and time. The role involves close collaboration with contractors, consultants, and internal stakeholders to create long-term sustainable and value-creating results.

Your main responsibilities

• Lead renovation and reconstruction projects from start to finish
• Be responsible for the project's economy, quality, and schedule
• Participate in early stages such as needs analysis, design, and engineering
• Procure, coordinate, and follow up on contractors and consultants
• Ensure that projects are carried out in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, and agreements
• Monitor project results and contribute to continuous improvements

Who are you?

To succeed in this role, you have relevant construction engineering education and/or experience from the construction or contracting industry. You have a good understanding of project management and feel confident in areas such as construction technology, costing, design, financial control, and contract law.

As a person, you are business-minded, solution-oriented, and have the ability to build trust in various contexts. You work in a structured manner, take responsibility for your projects, and find it easy to collaborate with both internal and external parties.
