About the role

As a Structural Engineer, you are a key person in our projects, responsible for developing well-thought-out and safe structural solutions from concept to final documentation. You drive the design process forward, transforming ideas into detailed models, drawings, and technical documentation for both production and customers.

You work in a dynamic project environment together with project managers, production, assembly teams, and customers. Your work is crucial for ensuring quality, safety, and cost-efficiency in our deliveries. You will become part of a competent team with strong expertise in BIM and building construction.

Your main responsibilities

• Model frames and prefabricated concrete elements
• Design connections, reinforcement, and cast-in items
• Produce drawings, 3D models, and technical documentation
• Ensure that solutions meet requirements for quality, safety, and cost
• Actively participate in design and technical development

You work with modern tools such as Tekla, Trimble Connect, and other digital platforms.

Your profile

We are looking for someone who is technically skilled, detail-oriented, and solution-focused. You thrive in collaboration and contribute both structure and drive to projects. You have an interest in development and want to help create efficient and sustainable solutions. At the same time, you are communicative and find it easy to collaborate with different functions.

Requirements

• Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent experience in construction
• Experience in structural design work
• Good knowledge of 3D modeling
• Proficiency in digital tools and the Office package
• Fluent in Swedish and good command of English
