About the role

As a Project Manager with us, you will have a central role in our projects – from start to final delivery. You are responsible for driving the project forward and ensuring that it maintains the right quality, schedule, and economy. The projects vary in both scope and complexity and can, for example, be residential projects in Umeå, office buildings in Östersund, or industrial projects in Gällivare. You work closely with both our customers and internal functions such as project managers, designers, cost engineers, assembly managers, and production planners. Here, you become an important link between technology, business, and execution.

Your main areas of responsibility

• Be the company's representative throughout the project
• Ensure the project's profitability according to the agreement
• Responsible for quality, schedule, and economy
• Prepare forecasts and quality plans
• Follow up on the project's execution according to the contract
• Ensure that the work is carried out according to the company's framework
• Support internal functions with data and coordination
• Coordinate deliveries and assembly activities

The position involves travel within the region, primarily during the day, but overnight stays do occur.

Requirements

• Experience of the construction process
• Academic education in a relevant field
• Experience from larger construction projects
• You communicate fluently in Swedish and handle English well.
• Regular user of digital tools and systems
• Class B driver's license

Meritorious:

• Experience with Prefab and cost calculation work
