The Role

We are now expanding our workforce. As a Foreman here, you will work in a team handling planning, supervision, invoicing, and follow-up of all common tasks within construction projects as well as road maintenance, such as summer road maintenance and winter road maintenance of the road network. The role also involves significant customer contact. The position includes on-call duties, which include responsibility for weather monitoring and coordination/dialogue with subcontractors, as well as assisting in the event of traffic accidents. On-call duties involve working during inconvenient hours.

Your Experience

We are looking for someone with:

• Experience in construction projects, water and sewage (VA) works, and/or operation and road maintenance
• Good proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written, is a requirement
• Valid driver's license (Category B)

You are a team player with leadership qualities who delivers good results collaboratively and can handle working under time pressure for short periods. The work involves a high degree of variation in tasks throughout the year, and even the work week can look very different. You lead the group through dialogue and involvement, and together you identify opportunities and solutions. You are comfortable working with follow-up and documentation and understand the importance of order and structure. You are also tech-savvy, as various systems are used in the role.

Additional Information

The employment is a permanent position, with a probationary period.

The location is at our office in Skellefteå. Start date: By agreement.
