When the Norrbothnian Line is completed, with its travel center in central Robertsfors, the commuting time between Robertsfors and neighboring cities will be halved. Robertsfors Municipality has just over 750 monthly employees.
Description of the operations
The Property Department is responsible for the municipality's properties and works strategically and operationally with the operation, maintenance, and development of the municipality's property portfolio. We drive projects that create functional, sustainable, and appropriate premises for the municipality's operations.
We are now looking for a project manager who wants to lead new and renovation constructions and develop the municipality's properties for future needs.
Your assignment
As a project manager, you work in the client role and are responsible for projects within new construction, renovation, business adaptations, and planned maintenance. The projects cover the entire construction process – from early investigations and design to implementation, final inspection, and handover.
The assignment includes among other things:
- lead and coordinate construction projects throughout the process
- be responsible for budget, schedule, function, and quality
- procure and coordinate consultants and contractors
- follow up on economy, contracts, and project results
- ensure that projects are carried out according to current laws, contracts, and quality requirements
- collaborate with operations, contractors, and other internal and external actors
You work closely with operations, consultants, and contractors and have an important role in creating sustainable and functional premises for the municipality's operations.
Your competence and experience
Requirements
- University or civil engineering degree, university college education, or other education and experience that the employer deems equivalent.
- At least three years of experience in project management within construction or property projects.
- Good knowledge of contract law, such as AB 04, ABT 06, and AMA.
- Good ability to express yourself in Swedish, both orally and in writing.
- Category B driver's license.
Merits
- Experience of project management within public operations.
- Experience of procurement according to LOU (Public Procurement Act).
- Experience of financial control and budget responsibility in projects.
- Experience of construction safety coordination (BAS-P/BAS-U).

The employment
Permanent 100%
Salary range
43,000 - 46,000 SEK per month.
The final salary is set individually based on education, experience, and a comprehensive assessment of your competence.
