About the Role:

As an Excavator Operator at CAPE Mark, you will be responsible for operating machinery on our project sites and working closely with our groundworkers. Together, you will ensure that projects are carried out safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.

Your tasks include excavation, foundation work, drainage, utility installations, and house foundations. While your primary focus will be operating the excavator, you will also step out to assist with general site work when needed.

We offer a varied workday with great autonomy and responsibility, giving you the opportunity to take initiative and play a key role in our projects.

Qualifications:

We are looking for someone who is responsible, detail-oriented, and thrives in a team environment. Ideally, you will have:

• At least 3 years of experience as an excavator operator
• Valid certification or professional license for operating excavators
• Experience with excavation systems
• B-class driver's license (BE class is a plus)
• A humble, team-first attitude and willingness to help out wherever needed
